Create an itinerary including Victoria Falls Bridge
Walk from Zimbabwe to Zambia or the other way around via Victoria Falls Bridge, spanning the Zambezi River canyon on the border of the two countries and offering a spectacular view of the Victoria Falls. The brainchild of Cecil Rhodes, famous magnate and politician, the 198 m (650 ft) long steel bridge remains the only road link between the two countries. You can take a guided tour focused on the history of the structure--for something a bit different, consider bungee jumping from the bridge. • Did a quick border run over to Zambia to add a stamp to our passports. Nice walk and longer than we thought. But much to our surprise we were rewarded with this photo. Don't forget to look down :-)

  • Good views of the Falls (although not like the ones from the national park). It's pretty hot and dusty but an interesting experience to cross the border. You get stamped out of Zimbabwe on a piece of paper when you show your passport and then stamped back in. Nothing in your passport and you don't need to leave it. The bridge is about a 15-minute walk from the NP entrance; 10 minutes or so after the border post.
  • The best views are from the bridge🔥🤌 you get to see the best of both worlds and its for free. From the Zimbabwean side you pass through immigration and you are given a pass, the you can either walk or drive but I strongly recommend you walk so that you get the full experience. From the bridge, you can ser the Victoria Falls hotel and Cafe plus appreciate the water fall
