Gaborone — 3 nights

Planned as the capital after Botswana gained independence in the 1960s, Gaborone quickly transformed into a bustling city and the country's commercial center.
Spend the 11th (Sat) in the pleasant surroundings of Mokolodi Nature Reserve. There's still lots to do: appreciate the history behind Three Chiefs' Statues, stroll through Gaborone Game Reserve, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Sri Balaji Temple, and make a trip to Matsieng's Footprints.
