Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Swakopmund is an approximately 20-hour flight. While traveling from Amsterdam, expect much warmer days and a bit warmer nights in Swakopmund, ranging from highs of 27°C to lows of 17°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Tue) so you can drive to Damaraland.

You can drive from Swakopmund to Damaraland in 3 hours. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Fri) so you can go by car to Omaruru.

You can drive from Damaraland to Omaruru in 3 hours. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 8th (Sun) to allow time for travel to Luderitz.

Start off your visit on the 9th (Mon): tour the pleasant surroundings at Agate Beach, visit a coastal fixture at Diaz Point, and then get up close to creatures of the deep with Penguin Catamaran Tours.

You can do a combination of car, train, and flight from Omaruru to Luderitz in 9.5 hours. Another option is to drive. Expect a daytime high around 28°C in January, and nighttime lows around 18°C. On the 10th (Tue), you're off to Windhoek.
