Drive from Cape Town to Stellenbosch in an hour. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a train. February in Stellenbosch sees daily highs of 32°C and lows of 19°C at night. On the 17th (Fri), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can fly back home.
