You can fly from Livingstone to Lusaka in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 7th (Mon) to allow time to fly to South Luangwa National Park.

Step out of South Luangwa National Park to go to Mpika and see South Luangwa National Park, which is approximately 1h 5 min away.
