Lagos — 3 nights

Protected from the Atlantic by sand spits and barrier islands, Lagos quickly grew into a mega city due to its location, and currently operates one of the continent's largest and busiest ports.
You'll get in some beach time at Elegushi Beach and Atican Beach. Museum-lovers will get to explore Nike Art Gallery and Ogirikan Art Gallery. There's much more to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Lekki Conservation Centre, sample the tasty concoctions at Bature Brewery, take in the architecture and atmosphere at The Cathedral Church of Christ, and soothe aching muscles at Jane’s Haven Beauty Spa.
