Protected from the Atlantic by sand spits and barrier islands, Lagos quickly grew into a mega city due to its location, and currently operates one of the continent's largest and busiest ports.Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Gberefu Island (Point of No Return) and Freedom Park Lagos. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at The Cathedral Church of Christ and Central Mosque of Lagos. Go for a jaunt from Lagos to Lekki to see Jane’s Haven Beauty Spa about 34 minutes away.
