  • A historical and calm place. One can imagine the Explorer ships laying by the coast with the explorers coming to shore in a small dingy, eagerly anticipating to set foot on the unknown land. I am doubting that the marker is original, as the ones I know from research are completely made of stone (marble) but it seems quite old and it marks the spot. The place needs some maintenance, a sign board with info to start with (perhaps a project founded by Portugal?)
  • Place is abandoned. Bridge to accessing location is distroyed and theres no indication on road.
