Designed to protect a pristine natural area and educate visitors about biodiversity, Lekki Conservation Centre encompasses 78 hectares (190 acres) and boasts the longest canopy walkway in Africa. Divided into swamp and savannah sections, the area is crossed by a network of well-maintained trails. As you traverse the reserve on foot, look out for monkeys, giant tortoises, squirrels, monitor lizards, crabs, pangolins, and antelopes. Long boardwalks, suspended bridges, and canopy walkways take you across lush marshlands and to various spots ideal for bird-watching--see if you can spot yellow-billed sunbirds, blue-breasted kingfishers, and red-crested turacos hiding in the tree branches. It is a beautiful place full of nature scenery. Lots of monkeys. My food got taken by one of the monkeys. I finally took the Canopy walk this time around with friends and it was fun all through. I wasn't scared a bit but a few of my friends were. Met some real cool peeps out there too. It is a place I would love to keep visiting.

Great family and couple spot. Been in existence for over 30 years. Remember visiting during a primary school "execution" The bridge is such a thrill if you are not scared of heights. The animals may walk up to you especially early hours of the morning, very exciting but be careful of the monkeys. Some of them have sticky fingers. Remember to pick/buy a souvenir or a potted plant on your way out.
