Many cultural events are held at Freedom Park. You can have food for your thoughts as well as food for your stomach. You can also go there just to relax with family. It's a great historical place too. If you want quality time, it's definitely the place to go.

Awesome place that would awake your creativity...with weekly shows, stages for performances, shops to cater for food and drinks. Exhibition spaces and lots of sites and sculptures that will awaken your knowledge of history.... after all, Freedom park was originally the site of the old prisons during the Colonial era where notable Nigerians like Awolowo was jailed.
