Welcomed by a very friendly staff named Tia, very attentive listening to my needs as a customer and how he can make my stay unforgettable. Tia knew how to make the environment welcoming and pleasant. Great customer service skills. Fantastic room with a view over the city, comfortable beds, great and friendly room service staff, great location not so far from the airport and lastly delicious meals on the menu for the food lovers. Loved the experience and would definitely book again.

We spent in Avani our first and last nights in Namibia and celebrated the New Year there. Loved every minute we spent in the hotel! The service and food was outstanding. Special thanks to the concierge Tia who helped us to solve any request smoothly and quickly. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable stay.
