Take a camel or ride a four-wheeler through red- and orange-hued dunes at Erg Chigaga, a broad, flat part of the Sahara covered with wind-swept sand. With some dunes standing at 60 m (197 ft) and little or no vegetation, this part of the Sahara Morocco is the largest and wildest in the country. At night you'll experience generally clear skies dotted with stars and intense colors. There are several campsites for overnight stays in the desert.
