  • Fascinating museum. Well set out. Explaining the history of evolution. Also the history of Kenya. The snakes and other reptiles were next door. All fascinating. The aquarium needs updating.

  • One of the best ways to spend a day in nairobi. Was a pleasant surprise. We were there for 3.5hours but it still felt rushed. We had an awesome time. Its clean, modern and oh so rich. There’s culture, history, an aquarium, a snake/reptile park, a nature walk and a cafe. You have an option to take a guide (a must for our next visit). The staff all around are excellent and the charges extremely reasonable. Was pleasantly surprised at how many people were visiting. My personal favorites were the snake park and the banking history. Very wide variety of snakes.
  • Completely enjoyed my visit to this museum. They had 9 galleries encompassing everything from history, anthropology, animal kingdom, Kenyan tradition and more. You can get a tour guide to show you around free of charge, who was very good and knowledgeable, and I tipped very well. There are several gift shops, a restaurant, a small garden, and a snake display for an additional charge. It’s a very good visit.
